HOW TO MAKE SMORES BARK:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a large sheet tray with parchment paper.
  2. Place the Graham crackers inside a plastic bag and crush finely. Scoop out 1/4 of a cup of the graham crackers and set aside, pour the rest of the crushed-up crackers into a medium-sized bowl.
  3. Add the melted butter to crackers and mix until it’s a wet sand texture. Transfer the cracker mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out to make an even layer.
  4. Sprinkle 2 cups of marshmallows on top and bake for 10 minutes.
  5. While that is baking, in a medium microwavable bowl, begin melting the almond bark, stirring every 15 seconds.
  6. Once out the oven, pour the melted chocolate over top of the crackers and marshmallows. With a silicone spatula spread the chocolate evenly all over, trying to coat every inch of it.
  7. Top with the remaining marshmallows and sprinkle with the 1/4 of a cup of graham crackers.
  8. Drizzle with any remaining melted chocolate if you have any (it’s okay if not), place the cookie sheet in the freezer and freeze for 1 hour.
  9. Once frozen, break into pieces and enjoy!
