For 37 delicious days, our friends at Disney Springs are offering up a slice of summer flavors with inspired eats and refreshing sips during Flavors of Florida. Starting July 6 through Aug. 12, more than 30 restaurants and shops will celebrate the best of the Sunshine State.

Amorette’s Patisserie

  • Florida Sunset Éclair – Blood orange, dulce de leche mousse infused with orange liquor and decorated with candied orange zest

Chef’s Art Smith’s Homecomin’

  • Tender Fried Gator Bites – Marinated gator lightly seasoned and deepfried served with house-made remoulade and hot sauce
