How do I log into UKG Dimensions? ›

Log On to UKG Dimensions

To access Dimensions, enter this address https://georgesinc-uat.npr.mykronos.com/#/ in the URL field, or click the link to open Dimensions in another tab. Then enter your Username and Password on the logon page. Note: Use your Employee ID number in the Username field.

Kronos Workforce Ready (now known as UKG Ready) is a cloud-based HRM software designed to meet the needs of businesses of all sizes, across all industries.

From the Android store:

Swipe left and right until you find the Play Store icon. Tap it. Tap the magnifying glass in the top-right, type in UKG Dimensions and tap the magnifying glass in the bottom right. Tap Install and then tap Open to launch the UKG Dimensions app.

Once open, enter the Tenant URL: https://univofrochester.prd.mykronos.com/ and hit OK. Do not enter a username and password. Instead, click on the link for your hospital-specific SSO, which stands for single-sign on.

Your Workday Employee ID number is what you'll use as your username to access the UKG Pro portal. To find your Workday Employee ID number, go to Workday > Personal Information > About Me > Job. Your Workday Employee ID number will appear at the top of the page.

Accessing Pay Statements

Use the Pay Statements screen to view both recent and historical pay statements. 1. In the main menu, select My Information > My Pay.

UKG Dimensions applies machine learning via the powerful UKG D5 platform to analyse historical trends, learn from that data, and constantly update the system to provide more accurate and efficient forecasting and scheduling.

Kronos Workforce Dimensions is a workforce management solution from UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group). The cloud-based Dimensions solution can handle everything from time and attendance tracking and scheduling to analytics and reporting in even the most complex industry or company.

This flexible architecture allows organizations to segregate system functions across multiple servers, including load balancing, task scheduling, data caching, and database access. UKG TeleStaff utilizes Microsoft SQL Server as the database engine.

You can access UKG by going to https://pyramidhc.ultipro.com/. Your password is the password you use to access your email. Enter your company username and password, and then click “Sign in.” After clicking “Sign in,” the website will bring you to a New User Activation website.

1) Timeclock Interface

Select the "PUNCH" button. UKG Ready system only has one punch button. The same procedure is used when clocking in/out (start of your shift, start of lunch, end of lunch, end of your shift). You will not clock in/out to take your 15 minute break.
