I have never had such a terrible experience in my life . I made an appointment for a mani pedi . Arrived and was being taken care of by a nice women . Yes we were talking but she did my nail maintenance on my feet and completely skipped the foot scrub, exfoliation and massage . When I asked her about this as she went straight to polishing my nails she said I was talking and missed it ? Really ? I missed my favorite part of my pedicure ok ?? Lol . I asked the lady next to me if I missed it and she said no , it was not done . Thanks I am not crazy .... When she moved to doing my hands I see the top coat is going on so thick I know how this is going to end . IT NEVER DRIED! The owner or manager was trying to fix everything but who has 2 hours to sit n redo everything and at this point I am beyond wanting to stay there any longer . I got a 10.00 discount, not at all what I think is fair . I left with a horrible redo on my hands . Looks like I did it myself . Please reconsider going here . The place is empty for a reason .

I am very disappointed with the work done at this nail salon. After seven days of my gel nails got done two of my nails came off. Either the work was not done well or the product they use is cheap. I feel that for the price they charge, they should do a good job not the kind I got. Not satisfied at al!

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would... Just don't... that's all I have to say! Not my usual salon was looking for a quick fill in to my normal salon. Not the cleanest, not up to date on technique, my nails look like my 10 year old niece did them... just heed my warning ladies, and don't

The best place for nails in Toms River!!! Excellent customer service and the whole staff does a thorough job doing nails and spends extra time to make sure the customers are satisfied.

I gave the nail salon 3 visits. Each time was worst than the last. My friend and I made an appointment which didn't matter much to the owner Leo. My second visit was for a pedicure and a pink and white fill. I had an appointment, but didn't matter much to anyone. Leo started my nails, then set me up by the pedicure chair to wait for another operator to wait on me. I sat there for a very long time in cold waterl Leo waited on 2 other clients while I waited and finally had my pedicure. Not once did he wash his hands between clients. He has others start filing or remove polish as he bounces back between people, but never cleans his hands. Today he was just rude. He had a young girl start my nails by filing off the gel. When Leo came over to file them to put the acrylic on, I noticed a dark spot on the thumb nail. I asked him if he could file the dark spot off before applying the acrylic. His wife May was sitting in the next station doing my friends nails, she looked astonished when he loudly said, "that dot" , "that dot", "that dot", " that dot". May said something to him in the language, he filed the spot off and fixed the spot, then proceeded to push my hand and said this is the last time he will do my nails. I agreed with him and said it will be my last time patronizing his shop. May kept saying she was sorry while she was doing my friends nails. I said there was no excuse for him being rude. I left and told my friend I would wait for her outside. When I left, Leo proceeded to talk about me to his client while my friend was still there. He stated "I guess I didn't do things right by her". His wife May just kept making faces and saying she was sorry to my friend. After the way Leo carried on, I doubt my friend will go back there either. I will say, she was pleased with the way May did her nails. I too think I would like to call the board of health for lack of hand washing between clients!!!
